Below is the menu for our 4th beer dinner of 2001. This dinner features beer from Fullers of London, England.
The cost is $40.00 plus tax and tip. Make your reservations early as we could easily be fully booked. Our last three beer dinners have each had over 90 guests and we only take 100 reservations. You can make a reservation simply by clicking on the e-mail link at the bottom of this page, but please give us your phone number as we confirm all reservations a few days before the dinner.

Reception:
Fuller's London Pride

Fullerıs flagship brand in the UK An excellent medium-strength pale ale with a strong, malty base and a rich balance of well-developed hop flavors.
Appearance: Reddish amber with brilliant clarity. Pours with an extremely dense and creamy head that laces the sides of the glass.
Aroma: Aromatic delight of fruit, malt and hops.


Appetizer:

Fuller's ESB (Extra Special Bitter)
Smoked Salmon with Dill Chive Dressing

ESB is Englandıs most awarded ale and the brand that created a whole style of beer in the US Full-bodied maltiness and a rich hoppiness are immediately evident and develop into a deep fruitiness.
Appearance: Deep brilliant amber with a copper hue and a loose head.
Aroma: Ample grainy-nutty aroma with lashings of fruity malt and hops.



First Course:

Fuller's India Pale Ale (IPA) Grilled Vegetable and Cous Cous Salad

Originally created to refresh the troops at the height of the British Empire in India, this is a pale amber beer, well hopped and balanced to travel well.
Appearance: Pale amber tones with brilliant clarity.
Aroma: Full-bodied aroma of malt and hops.



Main Course

Fuller's 1845
Curried Lamb Stew over Basmati Rice with Swiss Chard
Fullerıs 150th anniversary "Live Ale" in a bottle. The closest thing to the true cask conditioned ale served in Londonıs finest pubs. Smooth, strong and subtly carbonated. It has a rich and balanced mouthfeel.
Appearance: Rich, dark amber colored ale. While utilizing secondary fermentation, a yeast plug should form at the bottom of the bottle that allows the ale to be poured clear with a rich, lacy head. Aroma: Round, full-bodied aroma of malt and hops.



Dessert:

Fuller's Porter
Warm Raisin Almond Bread Pudding

A smooth, rich, dark stout brewed from a blend of brown, crystal and chocolate malts.
Appearance: Deep, dark, coffee-colored ale. Pours with a rich, lacy head.
Aroma: Full-bodied aroma of fruit, chocolate, malt and hops.
