-Appetizer Course- Assorted Grilled Sausages. Served with La Guillotine. This beer may make your head spin but we promise it won't come off!

-First Course- Bean Potatoes and Bacon Salad. Served with Biere du Corsaire Cuvee Speciale. A light colored beer with a clean, honey-like flavor.

-Main Course- Lemon-Sage Cornish Game Hen with Sweet Potatoes. Served with DeKonick Ale 1833. A strong, wonderful Belgian Ale.

-Dessert- Poached Pears in Maredsous Sauce. Served with Maredsous Abbey Ale. A rich malty dessert beer... fabulous.
