Craftsman Brewing Company
Beer Dinner

Monday, May 1st, 2000
Reception at 6:30, Dinner at 7:00

Friends,
Many of you will remember these eclectic brews from last year. This dinner promises to be something special!
Craftsman Brewing Company is a very small brewery in Pasadena. The owner, brewer, and sole employee, Mark Jilg, will be our guest speaker.
Craftsman is dedicated to achieving a high level of integrity and quality in its beers. Mark personally brews, patiently cellars, and carefully kegs each batch assuring a level of quality and freshness unsurpassed by others who strive to brew beer as unique as his. Craftsman is a "draft only" brewery. This means the the beers served at this dinner will be poured fresh from the keg, not the bottle!
Few brewers are willing to try putting oranges, sage, or rye in their beers. Mark does it with a subtle flair that is simply delightful.
