Reception at 6:30, Dinner at 7:00

AleSmith Brewing Company and the Brewer/Owner Skip Virgilio was our guest for a June 5th Beer Dinner. Founded in 1995, AleSmith Brewing Co. is dedicated to the art of hand-forging fresh, exceptional ales. Inspired by the classic beer styles of Europe, AleSmith is a growing artisan brewery in San Diego.

The beers from this brewery are exceptional! Three of our selections for this dinner are bottle conditioned beers. The other two selections will be served on draft. When tasting these beers we were struck by the fact that they all possess that something special, that intangible quality that separates beers that are simply good from beers that are truly
world class.

Our Executive Chef Leo Villatoro planned the following menu for our enjoyment.
