We were proud that the
Stone Brewing Company accepted an invitation to come back this year for another beer dinner.
Company Co-Founder Greg Koch was our guest speaker, and as usual, entertained us all.

Reception:
Stone Pale Ale


    Appetizer Course:
Wild Mushroom Bruschetta with caramelized onions.

Arrogant Bastard Ale- Stone's flagship ale.
 




    First Course:
Seared Ahi Salad with roasted red peppers, watercress, asparagus, tomatoes, and feta cheese.

Stone India Pale Ale.
 




    Main Course:
Lamb Shank Osso Bucco with risotto and brown mushroom demi-glace.

Stone Smoked Porter - A rich, "smoky" dark ale.
 



  Dessert:
Toscanella - Chocolate covered puff pastry filled with orange cream sauce and hazelnuts.

Stone Russian Imperial Stout - The most Arrogant of beer styles!
