Fellow beer lovers:
Our Beer Dinner with Bayhawk Brewing Company was a sure-fire success. Following is our menu.




Reception:
Honey Blonde - A light, refreshing ale with subtle honey flavors.


    Appetizer:
Leo's Banana Boats - Top Sirloin sauteed with vegetables and wrapped in plaintain and topped with pineapple salsa.

California Pale Ale - Cascade hops define this style of beer. Bayhawk has generously hopped this one!




Salad:
Green Salad with roasted almonds and peanut dressing.

Amber Ale - An ale with a great balance between malt and hops.
 

 





    Main Course:
Swordfish Steak - Marinated overnight in beer, lemons and cilantro.

India Pale Ale - Citrusy hop flavors and aroma explode in this American version of a classic English Style.




Dessert:
Mousse El Cioccolato - Confectionary cake composed of delicate chocolate mousse and covered with a think coating of bittersweet chocolate.

Stout - A "big" stout with just enough sweetness to balance this dessert.
