Group Dinner Menus

 

Thanks for considering the BBC for your group function.  The enclosed group menus are designed for groups of 20 or more; please choose for your guests three or four of the entrees listed. If there is an item you would like but is not on the menus, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard or American Express for payment.  We do not take checks unless this form of payment is approved in advance of your function.   One bill for the whole group is our preference and the easiest way to handle a large group; if you would like to deal with the check in another way, please discuss that with us in advance. 

Because we will reserve an area well in advance of your arrival, it is very important that your group arrive on time.  In fairness to us and to our other customers we do not guarantee your space if you are more than 30 minutes late.

Soup or Salad:

Cup of Lobster Bisque or New England Clam Chowder or House Mixed Green salad


Choice of Entrée (choose 4 to be included on your special menu):

Chicken and Mushroom Pasta with a Dijon mustard cream sauce over penne pasta;

Vegetarian Angel Hair Pasta with artichoke hearts, goat cheese, roasted peppers and marinara;

Stuffed Chicken: stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms and mozzarella with a shitake mushroom sauce and rice and vegetables;

Garlic Herb Tilapia (mild, white fish) with orange sauce, almonds, rice and vegetables;

Italian Rice Salad with grilled chicken, artichoke hearts, capers and balsamic vinaigrette dressing;

Chicken Bleu Salad with walnuts, apples, bleu cheese crumbles and a citrus vinaigrette;

Chicken Florentine in Pastry filled with basil, provolone cheese, & Marsala mushrooms;

Soft drinks, coffee, tea included

$21.95 plus tax and 17% gratuity

Soup or Salad:

Cup of Lobster Bisque or New England Clam Chowder or House Mixed Green salad

Choice of Entrée (choose 4 to be included on your special menu):

Artichoke Ravioli with a garlic, tomato, artichoke & basil sauce;

Halibut Picatta with linguini, capers, cilantro, tomatoes & white wine sauce;

Blackened Filet of Salmon over garlic mashed potatoes and grilled corn relish topped with chili aioli

Lobster Pasta lobster meat tossed with fresh dill cream sauce, sun dried tomatoes and penne pasta.

Short Rib slow cooked short rib in Long Beach Crude and Chinese BBQ sauce with vegetables and mashed potatoes.

Grilled Mahi Mahi with Asian eggplant, stir-fry vegetables and sticky white rice

Flat Iron Steak topped with gorgonzola cheese and sautéed mushrooms. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and BBQ vegetables

$25.95 plus tax and 17% gratuity

Options:

Dessert: ($4.00 per person) Your choice of:

  • New York Cheesecake with strawberry sauce & whipped cream
  • Butterscotch Brownie topped with  vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce
  • $1.50 per slice cake cutting fee.

White Tablecloths:  $1 per tablecloth

 

 

Conditions

  • $100 deposit required for groups of 20 or more, refundable up to 3 days prior to your dinner in the event of cancellation.
  • If your group is less than 90% of the size of your reservation, you will be charged at the per person rate for 90% of your group.
  • We do not allow wine to be brought into the BBC by our guests for large parties
